We are excited to introduce the newest members of our Homes for Heroes affiliate team!
Those who serve us are truly heroes. Whether it be firefighters, law enforcement. healthcare professionals, teachers and military. I am passionate about giving back to these fine folks. I do it by making the dream of home ownership more affordable.
My mission is to serve heroes in an honest, upfront and respectful way. The home loan process can be a nightmare if not armed with the right expertise. Don’t go it alone in today’s post-mortgage crisis world. My team and I have a great passion for the mortgage business and are fully committed to making mortgages work for heroes. It takes listening, understanding and proper planning to deliver the right loan.
After earning my bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Arizona State University, the past 2 decades in the mortgage business has given me the experience needed to deliver on my promises. My wife Desiree and I were raised in Tempe and are currently raising our two daughters in Phoenix. Our girls love volleyball and softball and spending time in San Diego in the summer. We are active in our church and an organization called Young Life. I use hunting, hiking, photography and Crossfit as an escape from the rigors of the mortgage industry.
My goal is the take the stress out of buying a home and see that you have an exceptional lending experience from my team and I.
I look forward to the opportunity to discuss ways in which we can help make your mortgage work for you.
It is truly an honor becoming an affiliate Realtor with Homes for Heroes® and I’m grateful to be able to give back to those who do so much for our country. Serving others is a core principle in my life as my father served bravely in Vietnam, and both my mother and I worked as teachers for many years. When buying or selling a home, you deserve to be more than just another transaction. Every client’s situation is unique so I take time to carefully listen and assess YOUR individual needs. Think of me as your experienced guide and partner who will develop a customized approach, market expertise and commitment to excellence every step of the way. There is nothing more rewarding to me than guiding a couple along the journey to purchasing their very first home or walking a retired couple through downsizing to their final home. I truly believe in treating clients like family and every home like my own. You will FEEL the difference!
With over 15 years of customer service experience, I pride myself on my dedication to providing excellent service to those I serve. My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. Moving is one of the most stressful things to do, so when I’m able to ease stress and burden for my clients and to help them get where they want to go, it feels good. I have always been passionate about helping others and giving back to my community which is why I love the rewarding experience of helping my clients achieve their dreams, whether it’s buying or selling. Giving back to heroes while doing what I love is just a win-win.
George and Julie Green are a husband/wife real estate team from Louisville, KY who believe that giving back to the community is not only a duty but an honor. They both come from families of heroes themselves and understand the hard work and sacrifices that come from choosing those career paths which is one reason why they were so honored to be chosen as partner affiliates with Homes for Heroes. George and Julie have a combined 17 years of real estate experience and opened up their own real estate company in 2009. In 2015, they merged that company with their current brokerage, Exit Realty Crutcher, where they also lead a real estate team called the 502 Realty Group. During their careers, they have earned several awards and recognitions, including George being awarded “Agent of the Year” for Kentucky in 2016 by Exit Realty Corporation. Other awards received include 1st place in sales volume, 1st place in commissions earned, and 1st place in closed ends in 2016. Prior to real estate, Julie was also a licensed clinical social worker and worked in a hospital setting for several years, not only working alongside heroes but also helping other heroes to find services that would better their lives. Both George and Julie pride themselves on not just being your realtor for a transaction, but becoming your realtor for life and they believe in forming lasting friendships with every client they have. They are so excited to be able to extend these values in the work that they do and love being able to give back even more through the Homes for Heroes program.

Coming from a long-standing family with military ties, growing up an Army brat, working as an educator in Fairfax County Public Schools for 15 years and countless friends and family in the health care field, I am beyond grateful to be able to continue to give back to so many deserving families. I am excited to work with each and every one of you in making your “dream home” a reality!
I am a member of the California Board of Realtors and have been serving as a professional real estate consultant since 1999. I have been in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide and have closed over $100,000,000 in sales. I am a Hall of Fame recipient, received the Inspiration of the Year award from Keller Williams and I serve on the Leadership Council.
My father was a Long Beach police officer and a veteran and I have a deep appreciation for the selfless service our Heroes provide our community and our nation. Being a part of Homes for Heroes is a natural fit for my business model of giving back to our community. I started a 5k & 10k annual event to raise funds for our local schools in Los Alamitos, California, I am on the board of the Jonathan Jacques Children’s Cancer Center at Miller’s Children’s Hospital and Race Director for March For Marrow’s annual event in Long Beach, California.
It is an honor to give back to those who give so much in service to others. I am committed to making each client a life-long friend by being dedicated to serving with integrity, tenacity and heart.
My whole life has been surrounded by Heroes! My father served in the Air Force, and then became a teacher for 44 years. My mother was a hospital and school nurse for over 25 years. My father-in-law served in the Navy, and my step father-in-law is a retired Air Force Colonel. I also have many amazing friends who serve in the Fire and Police Departments.
My career in the financial industry began as a Real Estate agent in 2005.
From there, I worked hard and received my Associate Broker License in 2009.
Since then, I have held positions as a Loan Processor, Loan Originator
Assistant, Mortgage Loan Originator and Branch Manager. My education and
experience is very well rounded and I have a complete understanding of the
industry and market trends. It is incredibly rewarding to be a part of the
home buying experience. As a Loan Officer with experience in multiple
positions within the mortgage industry, I have the knowledge and expertise
to walk you through the entire mortgage process. I am so excited to be in a
position with ALCOVA Mortgage to help our local Heroes. I was born in
Mobile, AL and grew up an Army brat. My family traveled to Germany, Hawaii,
California, Virginia, Maryland, Washing D.C., Georgia and back to my home
state of Alabama. My father retired from the U.S. Army in 2008 at Lt.
Colonel. My husband is a local Police Officer in the city where we live.
He is also a proud Marine. My heart and passion for those who serve has
left me looking for something more. We live in a tremendous community with
so many heroes, when I came across Homes for Heroes, I knew immediately that
this was my big opportunity for myself and my team to give back to the
Heroes in our community that have given us so much. I look forward to this
opportunity to serve you in your home purchase.
My name is Brian Elliott and I am a retired Senior Deputy Sheriff with The
Kern County Sheriff’s Office and currently a REALTOR at RE/MAX Golden Empire
in Bakersfield, CA I have a love for our community and served our
community as a Law Enforcement Professional for 29 years with the Kern
County Sheriff’s Office. I have been a licensed sales agent since 2007,
while continuing my career with the Kern County Sheriff’s Office. In August
of 2016, I retired from the Kern County Sheriff’s Office and am fully
committed to continue to serve our community by assisting buyers and sellers
with their real estate needs in our community. The same work ethic,
professionalism, and integrity which I exhibited in my career in law
enforcement, I bring to my career in real estate. And as a retired law
enforcement officer, I am blessed to be affiliated with Homes for Heroes to
give back to Heroes. A retired Hero giving back to Heroes. I love it!
I joined the ranks of the Air Force as a military spouse in the summer of 2012 and now live near The Homestead Air Reserve Base in Homestead, Florida. Service runs in my family, as my father served with Miami-Dade Police Department for 30 years and my mother-in-law is nearly retired after 30 years of teaching.
I have been a Mortgage Loan Officer since 2008, and it has been quite the journey. Helping people become first time home buyers is one of the most fulfilling opportunities I have ever had. For me, becoming a Homes for Heroes Lender Affiliate was an easy decision to make. Their commitment to serving those who serve us every day fits perfectly with my own personal and business values. Understanding firsthand the sacrifices our Heroes and their families make each day, I couldn’t think of a better way to say Thank You!
I am passionate about helping people who currently serve or have served our community, and being a Homes for Heroes Realtor is one way I can give back. In my opinion, those who give so much to our communities are our unsung Heroes and deserve as much help as we can give them! Walking along side sellers as they prepare and sell their house is something I take very seriously. Having a background working with first time home buyers for over 10 years in education and credit counseling, it was a natural move to become a Realtor over 7 year ago to help people find their home. I am very familiar with all of the programs that offer down payment and closing cost assistance and love sharing this knowledge with my 1st time home buyers! What I love most, is seeing their face when they get to hold their keys for the very first time. It is my honor and privilege to serve those who give so much! I promise the same attention, integrity, and enthusiasm to each person and/or family I meet and assist. So whether you are Firefighters/EMS, Law Enforcement, Military (Active, Reserve and Veterans), Healthcare Workers, or Teachers ~ and are considering selling or buying a house, please think of me and the passion and experience I bring to the table. I would love to be “your smart choice for your real estate needs.
