Paige Dutcher bases her business model on the simple motto of “Exceeding clients expectations, each and every time.” With that philosophy, it’s no surprise that her success comes from a long line of repeat clients and referrals. Her energy and enthusiasm are contagious. As a multi-million dollar producer, with over 23 years experience, Paige still finds time to put family first. As a parent with a child on the Autism Spectrum, Paige is especially grateful in helping teachers for the sacrifices these heroes make on a daily basis. Paige is honored to have these heroes in her life and grateful for the Police, Fire, Medical and Military heroes she meets every day in her business, as a Realtor with Engel & Voelkers Scottsdale.

I have been a residential mortgage professional for 20+ years, but more importantly, I am the father of two amazing boys. My day starts and ends with them as my focal point. My wife is my partner in life and together it is our goal to raise 2 young men to become responsible adults and be respected in the community. Our community is strong because of the efforts of our local heroes. My mother was a nurse for 30+ years, my father was a Marine, my brother served 25 years in the Air Force and my father-in-law also a Marine. I have learned, first hand, the sacrifices these people make and I have become a part of Homes For Heroes so that I can give back while helping this group get ahead. I am dedicated to helping our Heroes in the home buying process by giving them unparalleled service!
I have discovered over the last 20+ years in the residential finance business that helping people fulfill their dreams of home ownership is truly amazing. Seeing the smile on a person’s face when they receive the keys to their first home is something that keeps me coming back for more.
Renae has lived in Cape Coral since 2003 and her three children have all attended the schools here. Renae has been an active volunteer in the community and is very knowledgeable about this area. When she isn’t studying or selling real estate, at this time you can most likely find her behind the concession stand at varsity home games for Ida Baker High School where her son is on the freshman football team. Renae has always been very passionate about helping the community and by becoming a Homes for Heroes affiliate, she can show her appreciation in a larger way. Renae does real estate full time and has helped families sell their properties and purchase homes all over Lee County. Let Renae use her knowledge and expertise to help you realize your real estate goals.
I come from a long line of heroes that have served in the US Military, and most recently my son is serving in the Army. When I found out about this program I knew immediately I wanted to be part of it, so that I might be able to give back. What I really liked about this program is that it also includes our everyday heroes. The Law Enforcers, Firefighters/EMS, Healthcare Workers, and Teachers that everyday work toward the safekeeping and betterment of our communities.
With a background in Property Management, Sales, and Customer Service, I pursued my passion for Real Estate by becoming a full-time agent in 2007. Surviving and thriving in a troubled housing market required perseverance, tenacity, negotiation and communication skills. I would like to use these skills to help serve those who are serving us, by bringing genuine concern and a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction.
I am proud to be an affiliate agent with Homes For Heroes, which allows me to provide assistance and support by offering a spectrum of Real Estate services. I have an in-depth understanding unique to first-responders having been a member of the Los Angeles Police Department as a 911 Emergency Operator in a career spanning twenty years.
I am from a military family with my Father being a Korean War veteran and Prisoner of War. My husband is a Vietnam combat veteran and is a retired LAPD Sergeant with thirty years service, My brother is an Army veteran with service in Korea while a member of the 2nd Infantry Division.
My intent in becoming an affiliate realtor is based on a desire to give back to those so valuable to our society and who unselfishly give of themselves toward serving others.

All of our Heroes, from our veterans to our First Responders have dedicated a part of or their entire lives to protecting perfect strangers. It has become a thankless job and though I strive to say thank you every chance I get to these Heroes, I wanted to do more. So the opportunity to give back through my own profession was exactly why I chose to join Homes for Heroes. Banding together with like-minded professionals to give back to our local Heroes is the least we can do. My husband is a veteran and we have many others near and dear to us that are either Veterans, currently serving or First Responders. It’s a simple way to say thank you but means so much!
