This was an unexpected benefit as I was unaware of the program and my agent was unaware that I was a veteran as my service dates back to 40 years ago. It came out in our negotiations that I have a VA loan and my agent then told me about the program. We are very grateful and, in turn, made a donation to support the recent hurricane victims.
