Chris Catania is a U.S. Army veteran and seasoned mortgage professional dedicated to helping veterans, first responders, and their families achieve the dream of homeownership. As an Area Manager with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, Chris brings two decades of experience in lending, leadership, and relationship-driven service.

While in the mortgage industry, Chris served nearly nine years in the U.S. Army’s Psychological Operations (PSYOP) community, earning the title of Distinguished Honor Graduate twice from the JFK Special Warfare Center. His military background shaped his mission-focused mindset and deep commitment to serving others — qualities he carries into his work every day.

Chris has become a passionate advocate for veteran homeownership, combining his firsthand understanding of the challenges veterans face with his expertise in VA lending. He takes pride in educating service members on their benefits, guiding them through the loan process, and ensuring they feel supported long after closing.
