Andrew Pohlmann brings more than 30 years of experience to the Homes for Heroes board, leading sales management and business development efforts in the banking and mortgage sector. His career accomplishments include supporting large enterprises in addition to several technology startups.
Over his career, and has held senior leadership roles in marketing, business development and strategy. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Cenlar, the nation’s largest mortgage subservicer. Previously, Andrew served as Chief Marketing Officer for Rate and led Consumer Strategy for SunTrust (now Truist). Andrew also held leadership roles at Washington Mutual/Chase, CitiMortgage, and Fifth Third. In the technology sector, he helped build BoardVantage, a leading board communication portal and NeuroFocus (now Nielsen), the leader in consumer neuromarketing.
Andrew holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership and Innovation from the University of Illinois Gies College of Business and is a frequent contributor and speaker to industry forums. Known for his collaborative leadership and commitment to success, Andrew is passionate about helping organizations align operational decisions with purpose-driven outcomes.
