As the real estate partner of the American Association of State Troopers, Homes for Heroes offers AAST members exclusive access to a nationwide network of real estate and mortgage specialists committed/dedicated to providing real savings to law enforcement professionals just like you as our way to say Thank You.
We help AAST members save an average of $3,000 when they buy, sell or refinance a home. Plus, every time a hero like you buys or sells a home using a Homes for Heroes specialist, you are helping other heroes in need by expanding our Circle of Giving, where Homes for Heroes donates a portion of its earnings to the Homes for Heroes Foundation.

Your job is to help others, Homes for Heroes role is to help you. From your first day on the job through retirement, when you're ready to consider buying, selling or refinancing a home we will help you get it done and save you money. In addition, when you work with Homes for Heroes, you are supporting the Homes for Heroes Foundation which gives back to heroes in dire need pertaining to housing or financial assistance.

Work with Our Local Specialists
They are an asset to have on your team. They know your community, current market trends and how to work within them. They will be a supportive partner who is in your corner to coach you through the process. Our specialists will look for strategic ways to streamline the process and maximize your savings. At this stage, some important milestones may include loan pre-approval, a market analysis, identifying your ideal home, conducting a home search, determining and/or negotiating an offer, and completing an official home inspection. This is what we do for our heroes and we do it well.
Finalize the Deal
This is the big day where everything comes together! It's when all parties (agents, loan officers, title companies, buyers, sellers, etc) will meet to sign the appropriate paperwork and make everything official. Your Homes for Heroes specialist(s) will make sure you're ready and your close goes smoothly.
Our Way to Thank You
One of the benefits of working with Homes for Heroes is our Hero Rewards savings. On average Law Enforcement Professionals save $3,000 when they buy or sell a house with us. Hero Rewards savings is our way to give back and thank you for your service. When you work with our local real estate agent specialist to purchase a home and/or sell a house, Homes for Heroes will send you a Hero Rewards check after you close on your house. When you sign a new mortgage or refinance a mortgage, you receive reduced lending fees. In addition, our title company and home inspector specialists provide discounts on their services.
