How It Works
With our referral you will be set up with one of our Chicago based real estate agents, to help you find the home of your dreams. Once you have closed on your new house, you will be issued a Heroes Rewards Check for $700 per each $100,000 of the home purchase price. That means if you buy a $200,000 home, Homes for Heroes will mail you a check for $1400.
Our mission to give back does not stop there. If you are also selling your current home and you choose to use a Homes for Heroes real estate agent to do so, they will take 25% off the gross commission at closing.
