Homes for Heroes, established in 2002 after the terrorist attacks of September 11th, formed with a purpose to give back to those everyday heroes that are serving their community tirelessly. The mission of Homes for Heroes is to give back to the people that so much to their community and to their country.

Over the last two decades, Homes for Heroes has grown into the most extensive affiliate real estate service in the nation. Through a partnership with affiliated real estate agents and loan officers, we strive to serve heroes through real estate services, saving heroes money through purchasing, selling, or refinancing a home. In addition to saving everyday heroes money on their real estate transactions, Homes for Heroes gives back through their Homes for Heroes Foundation grants to local nonprofit charitable organizations that help heroes in need nationwide.

How We Work

Once you have indicated your desire to work with us on your next real estate transaction, we will get in touch with you and put you in contact with one of our affiliate agents or loan officers in the Atlanta area to help you find the home you are looking for. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer, or you are selling your third or fourth home, or you are looking to refinance your current home, Homes for Heroes is here to help you with your real estate needs.

If you are buying a home, Homes for Heroes will send you a check upon closing. Homes for Heroes save their clients $700 for every $100,000 of the purchase price of a home. For example, if you purchase a home for $300,000, you’ll save $2100, and receive a check at closing.

If you are selling a home, your Homes for Heroes affiliate agent will also pass along savings to you for selling your home with Homes for Heroes. Using one of our affiliate agents, you’ll receive a credit of 25% of their gross commission at the time of closing.
