It is an honor to work with The MOAA Foundation (TMF), a charitable entity of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA), the nation’s largest and most influential association of military officers. Homes for Heroes offers TMF donors and supporters from every branch of service – including active duty, National Guard, Reserve, retired, former officers, and their families – exclusive access to a nationwide network of real estate and mortgage specialists committed to providing real savings to this deserving group. It is our way to say thank you for your service.
We help our nation’s heroes save an average of $3,000 when you buy, sell or refinance a home or mortgage with our local Homes for Heroes specialists in your area. In addition, every time you buy or sell a home with our specialists, you also help other heroes in need by expanding our Circle of Giving, because Homes for Heroes donates a portion of its earnings to the Homes for Heroes Foundation as well as The MOAA Foundation. This helps TMF provide life-changing programs and support to active-duty members, veterans, military spouses, caregivers, survivors, and families, regardless of rank or branch of service.

Sign-up above to become a part of the Homes for Heroes community with thousands of other Military service members! We will then connect you with a local specialist who will get to know your unique needs and provide you with valuable insight and expert guidance.
Work with Our Local Specialists
They are an asset to have on your team. They know your community, current market trends and how to work within them. They will be a supportive partner who is in your corner to coach you through the process. Our specialists will look for strategic ways to streamline the process and maximize your savings. At this stage, some important milestones may include loan pre-approval, a market analysis, identifying your ideal home, conducting a home search, determining and/or negotiating an offer, and completing an official home inspection. This is what we do for our heroes and we do it well.
Finalize the Deal
This is the big day where everything comes together! It's when all parties (agents, loan officers, title companies, buyers, sellers, etc) will meet to sign the appropriate paperwork and make everything official. Your Homes for Heroes specialist(s) will make sure you're ready and your close goes smoothly.
Our Way to Thank You
One of the benefits of working with Homes for Heroes is our Hero Rewards savings. On average military members save $3,000 when they buy or sell a house with us. Hero Rewards savings is our way to give back and thank you for your service. When you work with our local real estate agent specialist to purchase a home and/or sell a house, Homes for Heroes will send you a Hero Rewards check after you close on your house. When you sign a new mortgage or refinance a mortgage, you receive reduced lending fees. In addition, our title company and home inspector specialists provide discounts on their services.
