  1. Hi I am a disabled veteran with lots of issues. I have a lender and realtor. The seller is asking for a lot deposit of 5k. Everything is done except for that deposit.

  3. Hi I am got on the homes for heroes program I work in a prison but I feel like they are not using the program grant in assisting me they still keep asking me for money. Have an person that works same building as me the put nothing down but 100.00 and I do not feel I am getting same benefits. I do not know if it is that I am first time buyer and they trying to pull the wool over my eyes or what.

We do not ask for money from our heroes, as our way of giving back is to give YOU money after your housing transaction.   6. Looking to do a first time buyer program. Family of 4. (2) EMS/Firefighters in household. We currently rent but tired of dealing with leases and moving each lease term or if landlord wants to just sell and no longer rent.
