The Scott Family Just wanted to take a moment to thank the Homes for Heroes team!! Our Realtor helped us locate our home and successfully negotiated most of our closing costs for us. Because of HFH we only had to pay half price loan origination! On top of that, many of our other fees were reduced as well, including our inspection and closing costs. Due to the fact that we were already under contract when we joined Homes for Heroes we were not able to take advantage of the Realtor rebate, however,Homes for Heroes still donated 25% of their gross commission to a charity or our choice, our churches Family Worship Center Missions Fund!
