Eloy Chairez is a Texas Licensed REALTOR® with more than 24 years of real estate experience as an investor, franchise owner and agent. Mr. Chairez is also a 6-year veteran of the US Army with service during the Viet Nam era. He completed his military service in 1978 with the rank of Sergeant, E5 (P). Eloy has a BA degree in Business Administration from California State University – San Bernardino and an AA degree in Law Enforcement from University of Maryland.
As a licensed REALTOR® serving the El Paso community Eloy is very committed to working with the large military contingent at Ft. Bliss and also the other Heroes in this thriving city. Living in a border city across from Juarez, Mexico, provides many opportunities to work with US Border Patrol personnel as well as the local law enforcement agencies, emergency first responders and educators.
