Dan Mugge
Dan Mugge is an expert in business technology with 25 years of experience in strategy and development within the mortgage and real estate services industries.
He has held various senior technology and business management roles including Vice President of Default Technology, SVP of Product Management, Chief Technology Officer, and Divisional President with leading companies such as First American, CoreLogic, Black Knight and ClosingCorp.
Dan has significant expertise in profitably scaling and streamlining operations using cloud-native strategies. In addition, he brings a history of organizational optimization resulting in improved customer experience and increased employee satisfaction.

LeeAnn Rasachak (she/her)
LeeAnn Rasachak is Chief Executive Officer of WomenVenture, a Community Development Financial Institution, US Small Business Administration designated Women’s Business Center, and non-profit serving women and minority entrepreneurs and business owners. Based in St. Paul, Minnesota, WomenVenture employs 30 people and serves the 16-county Twin Cities metro area and western Wisconsin. In October 2021, Rasachak was named CEO of WomenVenture after serving on its Board of Directors for three years and 20 years working in the private sector as a Communications, Digital and Marketing executive for Fortune 1000 companies including RBC Wealth Management, Securian Financial, TE Connectivity, Sleep Number, and Macy’s.
Rasachak is an enthusiastic and pragmatic leader transforming economic development and access for women and underserved communities. She is known for building and bridging results-driven teams through a collaborative and inclusive approach, she has a proven record of effectively leading initiatives and programs focused on increasing small business and entrepreneurship growth through training, development, affordable access to capital, sponsorship, and community support. Rasachak has a track record of driving policy and cultural change to create opportunities for women and people of color in the workplace. She is inspired by creating meaningful impact in business and local communities.
Rasachak is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, where she earned degrees in Mass Communications & Journalism – Public Relations and General Business Management. She is the first in her family to earn a college degree and second generation Laotian American. More recently, Rasachak earned her MBA at Hamline University and completed a Diversity & Inclusion certification through Cornell University. She is also Dare to Lead™ Trained. While in the private sector, Rasachak was recognized as top 25 “Rising Stars of Innovation Under 40” by LIMRA, a research and development organization for the life insurance industry, honoring young professionals who have introduced an innovative approach to a business challenge in a time of technology advances, shifting demographics and consumer expectations, and regulatory change.
Rasachak lives in a suburb of St. Paul with her partner, their four children, and Labrador retriever. She enjoys traveling the world, cooking, entertaining, and volunteering at her children’s school fundraising and teaching Art Adventure through the Minneapolis Institute of Arts.

Kacy Mlenar
Kacy has been around real estate nearly her entire life. Her parents were very successful in the real estate industry as well as land development & new construction.
While she experienced sales success in other industries, her heart always led her back to real estate.
Kacy is one of the original founders of Homes for Heroes where she played an integral role in bringing awareness to the program by working with heroes who were looking to buy, sell or refinance homes.
Kacy currently serves as Vice President and manager of the human resources department at Homes for Heroes as well as serving on the Board of Directors.
While real estate has been a big part of her life, her passion and skills are in the office where she can be a part of the day to day operations and helping grow Homes for Heroes. She is deeply committed to the program and its success.
Outside of work, Kacy enjoys reading, walking, traveling and spending time with friends, family and her fur babies.

Michael Lacey
Michael Lacey believes in making a positive impact. It is this belief that drove him to start Digineer Inc., an IT and Management consulting firm that is dedicated to improving the performance of firms in the healthcare, financial services and marketing services industries.
Outside of Digineer, Michael is honored to serve on several for-profit and non-profit boards including the Paul Adelman Children with Disabilities Endowment Fund and Five Star Professional.
Additionally, Michael is heavily involved in helping to further the technology community in Minnesota. He currently serves as the board-chairman of the Minnesota High Technology Association where he works with executives from some of Minnesota’s leading companies to develop programs, influence government policy and develop Minnesota’s youth to make Minnesota one of the top 5 technology states by 2020.

Robert J. Specht
Bob has had the pleasure of advising HFH since the early formation years and continues to provide financial expertise to the HFH team, drawing from an extensive career in varied financial leadership positions. He currently is the VP Finance for AWireless, a billion retailer of wireless services. He has leadership experience in the retail, software and hospitality industries, with both public and private companies, including high growth start-up ventures and private-equity backed investments. He enjoys the entrepreneurial environment and what the HFH team has accomplished thus far.
During Bob’s 12-year tenure at Gander Mountain Company he was an integral part of the leadership team that grew this IPO-company to over $1.3 billion in sales with profitability. Bob began his career in public accounting and enjoyed 6 years in public accounting with D&T and PWC.
He is a certified public accountant and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota.

Ruth Johnson
Ruth has been in the real estate industry for nearly 40 years, having been a successful Realtor®, manager and then owner of a successful real estate franchise. She is one of the founders and currently CEO at Homes for Heroes and is committed to its continued success and growth. Homes for Heroes has been the most rewarding of all her accomplishments.
While born and living in a time when it was rare that a woman worked outside the home, Ruth left being a stay at home Mom, to become a single parent of two children and a pioneer who blazed a trail of success in the business world. Ruth is very widely respected and recognized in the business community and entrepreneur circles.
Outside of work, Ruth’s favorite pastimes are spending time with her family, her dogs, walks, yoga, travel & gardening.

Todd Hauschildt
Todd Hauschildt is a recognized industry leader who is passionate about the intersection of technology and business.
Todd is currently working at Optum, where he has successfully led various technology organizations ranging from the delivery of consumer-facing applications to deploying a global telephony infrastructure.
Prior to joining Optum, Todd applied his entrepreneurial muscle for 5 years as the President/CEO of a boutique technology consulting firm with 75 consultants.
Todd also serves on the board of the Minnesota Technology Association whose mission is to fuel the success of Minnesota’s innovation economy and was recognized as a Titan of Technology in 2015 by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal
Todd lives in Minneapolis with his wife Jennifer and enjoys food, concerts, travel and golf.
