What we do
We match workforce heroes with their own personal Homes for Heroes real estate team who believe in our mission. Affiliates agree to either return or discount a portion of their fees, directly to heroes. It’s that simple. Our Affiliates report that being associated with our company has actually helped them to increase
their client base because heroes refer their non-hero friends. Everyone wins.
How the Program Works
Here are the savings we offer Heroes using the Homes for Heroes® program:
- 25% of the Gross Commission paid to the Homes for Heroes® Affiliate Company, whether the Hero buys or sells or both.
- 1/2% Maximum Origination Fee charged by Homes for Heroes® lender affiliates.
- Title Closing Fee discounts where allowed by law.

Realtor Affiliate Program
Realtor affiliates agree to give the Hero clients a rebate of 25% of their company gross commission.
This is similar to the referral fees paid for exchanging leads, throughout the country… same dollars - just distributed differently. Instead of paying it to a Realtor, it goes to the Hero!!
Lender Affiliate Program
Lender Affiliates agree to charge no more than 1/2% on the loan origination fee or a similar discount if an origination fee is not charged.
Affiliate Membership Fees
A one-year membership in the Homes for Heroes Affiliate Program is $120.00 per month + .15% of the selling price on Hero transactions. That includes use of the Homes for Heroes brand, Marketing Materials and Support.
