“We would like to start off by saying Thank you very much for all that you did for us during a very difficult time in our lives.  Our endeavor began about a year and a half ago while I was stationed overseas in Afghanistan.  Lupe and I were engaged to be married at the time and looking for a home in San Antonio.  Lupe was in our home town of El Paso when we decided to move to San Antonio and purchase a home.  We were both extremely nervous seeing as how the whole process was going to have to be handled via Internet.  You were highly recommended by family and friends and like a true professional, took on this daunting task without hesitation.  Despite the twelve and a half hour difference, you communicated with me on a daily basis while I was in Afghanistan and sent me information on a continuous basis.  You found us our new home and it was purchased while I was overseas.
